As we get closer to the event, we will have an application form & Site map guide available here. This will give you an indication of trade space that’s available for this event. This map is subject to change without notice.
As you can see from the trade site map, there is plenty of space and sites available to traders, all in prime locations. You won’t have any trouble finding passers by dropping in for a look at your business.
Check the trade site application for site information like location, size and price. Trade sites are outdoor space only, you will need to supply your own shade/cover/tent if required. Tents on the bitumen area must be weighted, no pegs in the bitumen please. If you are having a larger style hoecker constructed by a hire company, you must ask them to provide you with a copy of their public liability certificate of currency and forward it to us before construction begins.
Power is available to selected sites only, these are marked on the trade site map. For powered sites you must supply your own leads, all power leads must have a current test and tag and must be used in accordance with health & safety requirements.
Your chosen site must include the draw bar of your trailer (if you have one) and all merchandise, display vehicles etc must remain inside your allocated area, please do not go outside of your site dimension as you will inconvenience the traders next to you.
Sorry but we cannot accept any food or drink traders. And we do not offer exclusivity to traders.
Promotional Staff: Please note that we reserve the right of having promotional staff at Powercruise Events for our valued sponsors and traders. If you are not a sponsor or a trader at Powercruise please do not send promotional staff to Powercruise to hand our flyers as your staff being asked to leave and being charged for the additional cleaning from your flyers usually offends.
It is the trader’s responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary public liability insurance to cover your trade stand and all equipment, you must provide us with a copy of your certificate of currency for your public liability insurance when you submit your trade site application form, and you must also have a copy available upon request at the event.
Please note site locations and layout are subject to change without notification. Trade sites are not refundable or transferable.
STRICTLY NO FLYERS TO BE PLACED ON WINDSCREENS OF CARS IN THE CARPARK OR YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR EXTRA CLEANING
So, to secure your business a space at Powercruise, simply download the trade site application form, complete with your preferred site number and submit. The trade site map is updated weekly to show site availability. We do not hold or reserve sites. Trade sites are sold on a first in first served basis, to secure your site send us your completed application form along with your full payment. Payment options are outlined on the application form.
Once we have received & accepted your trade site application & payment, we will send out your Powercruise traders’ pack, which includes everything you need to have for a smooth weekend at Powercruise.
Please take the time to read the information layed out on the Application Form as it will be very helpful for both regular and first time traders at Powercruise. Please also note we cannot accept traders wishing to sell and food or drinks due to a commercial agreement in place at the venue.
