What is Powercruise?
|
|
Powercruise is the world’s favourite cruising car show, with eight events around Australia, an annual event in New Zealand and now two events every year in America. It’s the ultimate event for car owners that like beat on their cars rather than look at them from their lawn chair and with new events being announced all the time it’s a safe bet that before long Powercruise’s style of addictive, high-RPM action will be coming to a track near you.

| So what is it, exactly? Powercruise is one of the main reasons we build our street machines, hot rods, hi-tech imports, domestics or whatever your preferred style of car is. Powercruise is the way you dream about being able to enjoy driving your car while you build it. It’s an (almost) anything goes weekend of fun behind the wheel where you get to enjoy all the fun things that you’re not allowed to do on the street any more. |

What do we get up to on the track? Just about everything. Over the course of a Powercruise weekend you'll have fun cruising the circuit track with hundreds of other modified cars of all makes and models. For those that like straight line speed we’ve got events like street racing, while the drift guys are catered to with several drift sessions throughout the weekend. We also hold burnout comps and, in case you didn’t know, Powercruise is the home of the Powerskid competition.

Powercruise is open to all makes and models. We don’t discriminate and we hate turning people away, so as long as your car meets out basic safety requirements you’ve got as much right to be on the track as anyone else. You don’t have to be wildly modified to have a great weekend at Powercruise.
