BRISBANE TRADERS
There is plenty of space and sites available to traders of all sizes, all in prime locations. You won’t have any trouble finding passers by dropping in for a look at your business.
To apply to be a trader at Powercruise, please email office@powercruise.com to receive a Trader Application Form. Trade sites are outdoor space only, you will need to supply your own shade/cover/tent if required. Tents on the bitumen area must be weighted, no pegs in the bitumen please. If you are having a larger style marquee constructed by a hire company, you must co-ordinate set up & pack up with Powercruise and we require a copy of their public liability certificate of currency before construction begins.
Power is limited at the raceway , available to selected sites only and cannot be guaranteed, please check the application form for availability or call us on 0407 172 413. For powered sites you must supply your own leads, all power leads must have a current test and tag and must be used in accordance with health & safety requirements.
Your chosen site must include the draw bar of your trailer (if you have one) and all merchandise, display vehicles etc must remain inside your allocated area, please do not go outside of your site dimension as you will inconvenience the traders next to you. Support cars cannot be parked with your stand/display.
It is the trader’s responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary public liability insurance to cover your trade stand and all equipment, you must provide us with a copy of your certificate of currency for your public liability insurance when you submit your trade site application form, and you must also have a copy available upon request at the event.
Please note site locations, sizes, prices, inclusions, power availability and layout are subject to change without notification. Trade sites are not refundable or transferable to another event. By submitting the Trader Application Form, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms, Conditions and requirements outlined here and on the Application form itself.
Promotional Staff: Please note that we reserve the right of having promotional staff at Powercruise Events for our valued sponsors and traders. If you are not a sponsor or a trader at Powercruise please do not send promotional staff to Powercruise to hand our flyers as your staff being asked to leave and being charged for the additional cleaning from your flyers usually offends.
STRICTLY NO FLYERS TO BE PLACED ON WINDSCREENS OF CARS IN THE CARPARK OR YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR EXTRA CLEANING
So, to secure your business space at Powercruise, simply email office@powercruise.com and we will send you an application. Trade sites are sold on a first in first served basis, we do not hold or reserve sites. To secure your site send us your completed application form along with your full payment. Payment options are outlined on the application form.
Please take the time to read the information layed out on the Application Form as it will be very helpful for both regular and first time traders at Powercruise.
Please also note we cannot accept traders wishing to sell and food or drinks due to a commercial agreement in place at the venue. Trade Site Fees are non refundable and not transferable.
Once we have received & accepted your trade site application & payment, we will send out your Powercruise traders’ pack, which includes everything you need to have for a smooth weekend at Powercruise.
